Alleged Failures by School Lead to Young Girl Wandering, Held Against Her Will and Sexually Molested

The parents of a student at the Northwest School of Innovative Learning accused the school of failing to protect their child’s physical and mental well-being during school hours. They allege the school was negligent in allowing the minor to wander away from her school bus/school and into the streets of Tacoma, where she was later found to be drugged, held against her will, and sexually molested.
