Former Aiken Regional Radiology Assistant Alleges Sexual Harrassment; Case Settled

Plaintiff worked as a radiology assistant at the hospital, and alleges female supervisor sexually harassed her and refused to hire African Americans. Plaintiff alleges she was wrongfully terminated after complaining about the supervisor. Plaintiff’s racial discrimination and related retaliation claims were dismissed at summary judgment, but the sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims survived. The remainder of Plaintiff’s claims were settled in November, 2015.
