Plaintiff is Former Director of Nursing at Coastal Harbor. Plaintiff claims that she raised concerns about staffing compliance in 2013. Plaintiff alleges that the CEO began to treat her poorly after a Joint Commission survey, in which the Plaintiff participated, included a citation for inadequate staffing. Plaintiff claims she reported the actions of the CEO to UHS corporate HR, who allegedly confirmed that the CEO engaged in at least some of the harassing conduct claimed by Plaintiff. This case is ongoing as of May 3, 2016.
