Plaintiff was hired in September 1977 as a Student Services Manager. Plaintiff alleges harassment based on age starting in 2013 and in Nov. 2013, Plaintiff claims her hours were reduced to 20 per week. Plaintiff claims her duties were given to a much younger employee and when she asked if she had done something wrong, HR responded that she had not and that there was no way to get back to full-time status. Plaintiff further alleges that other older employees were terminated based on their age, and replaced with younger and lower paid staff. Plaintiff claims she was eventually terminated due to age on April 5, 2015, a month before her 65th birthday.
