Plaintiff was a LPN at Westwood Lodge. She had health issues and was only able to work the evening shift and not on Friday evenings due to the Jewish Sabbath. Management accommodated this for 5 years (2004-2009) but then allegedly started to call her off shifts. Plaintiff went on FMLA leave and upon her return was not permitted to come back to evening shift. This denial of evening shifts allegedly prevented Plaintiff from working. This case settled May 30, 2013.
