Plaintiff, Registered Nurse, needed a 5-day leave of absence in Feb. 2011 and another in 2012 due to a chronic medical condition. Following the 2012 leave, Plaintiff was allegedly moved from day shift to night/weekend shift. Foundations allegedly told Plaintiff to reapply for the position to remain on day shift; Plaintiff applied and during the interview supervisors made negative comments regarding her medical disability. Plaintiff alleged that management did not provide reasonable accommodation or alternative jobs. This case settled June 30, 2014.
