Plaintiff Alleges Streamwood Failed to Diagnose and Negligently Discharged Minor Patient

Plaintiff alleges that Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare failed to adequately assess minor patient’s psychiatric symptoms, developmental issues, cognitive functioning, substance dependence, and a specific diagnosis leading to negligent discharge of the minor patient. Plaintiffs further alleged that as a result of the failure by Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare, minor patient was seriously injured leading to quadriplegia.This case is ongoing as of May 23, 2016.
