Plaintiff Claims Mayhill Hospital Fired Her for Reporting Race and Age Discrimination Concerns to HR and CEO

Plaintiff claims she filed an internal complaint with HR about a discriminatory decision to deny an applicant based on her physical appearance being “ghetto and pregnant.” HR allegedly directed Plaintiff to set up a meeting with the Mayhill CEO to discuss the issue and Plaintiff claims to have contacted the CEO and received no response. Plaintiff alleges her employment was terminated shortly thereafter for a pretextual reason. This case is ongoing as of May 23, 2016.
