Plaintiffs are African American former security supervisors who allege that a new white supervisor subjected them to racial discrimination. Plaintiffs allege that African American employees were not given the opportunity to attend meetings, not provided training opportunities, and were not provided overtime opportunities, while a white coworker was provided all of these opportunities. Plaintiffs also allege that they were undermined by their supervisor and that the new white supervisor was hired for the same position as Plaintiffs at a higher rate of pay. Plaintiffs also claim that this supervisor would refer to African American employees using racial slurs and that he had previous racial discrimination complaints at his previous employment.
