Plaintiff worked in the facility marketing department as a non-management, hourly employee and alleged she worked up to 60 hours per week without additional overtime compensation. The case settled on Nov. 18, 2008; UHS agreed to pay Plaintiff $13,500 and her attorney $9,000 to settle the claims.
